The importance of drinking water for your health




                  

At the door of the airport, on the way back to the U.S. (Africa ), Water and Health the second security checkpoint confiscated 3 liters of water I'd bought in the main terminal . I exclaimed .

 I literally cried. Obviously , the security guard did not exactly understand the amount of water consumption in a 17-hour flight ( about 6 liters, which is great ) Water and Health . Water has always been my favorite beverage . It makes me feel good. I tell my clients to drink water if you have a desire  water for health, a headache , constipation , hunger, etc.

The water is so beneficial , so easy, so free and so easy to overlook Water and Health . It really is not rocket science (actually your brain is 90 % water).
